Moresukine in New York Times Book Review

In an article highlighting some great graphic novels for Holiday gifts in last Sunday’s New York Times Book Review, critic Douglas Wolk called Dirk Schwieger’s Moresukine ”A very different take on Japan… Schwieger is genuinely open to trying anything… He’s also attuned to the details of his environment and the way they color his social interactions.”

While the very influential NYTBR does cover graphic novels pretty well of late, it still amounts to only a handful a year making this attention a notable one for Schwieger’s offbeat book from NBM’s ComicsLit.
