NBM goes Digital: iFlipd ebook rentals

NBM’s ebooks are spreading to a great variety of platforms, thanks to our distributor IPG’s aggressive move into all things e-book. That means you have many diverse  options to enjoy our e-books. Here’s a RedBox type model, IFlipd:

iflipd

iFlipd: A candy store for your literary sweet tooth. iFlipd offers books at $2 each per week, much in the same vein as the RedBox DVD rental model. iFlipd has thousands of selections. No matter the price of the book, all you need to pay is $2 per week, per book. No subscription needed! If you don’t like  book or finish it early, pick out a new book to use in the time remaining. So if you are a fast reader and have a week off, you could read a variety of books cover to cover and it will only cost you a grand total of $2! NBM goes digital: Total BooX

Aside from ComiXology and Amazon, NBM ebooks are now spreading to a great variety of platforms. Over the next few weeks we’re going to present to you many options we’ve recently expanded into as well as some we’ve got an increasing presence with thanks to our distributor IPG’s aggressive move into all things e-book. That includes many different ways of purchasing. Here’s one:

totalbooxtotalboox2

We are available on the Total BooX Book reader app for Android.  Total BooX uses a pay per page model, using a pay as you go model. This is good for sampling books, trying them out without the commitment of buying the whole book. Pages you have read are yours to keep, offline or online. Visit www.totalboox.com to see the complete catalog including plenty of great graphic novel selections. Can we suggest a Rick Geary true crime graphic novel?

Indie digital comics: welcome Top Shelf

I’d like to welcome Top Shelf to the 21st century and digital comics.

I find the hoopla around their announcement somewhat amusing especially as we’ve been there, done that for over two years now and have quite a nice library up on Comixology building for some time now! So declarations about being the first, well, Chris, I luv ya, but…

not exactly.

Check out our Comixology page here and the other choices we have.

We’re also working with our distributor IPG to get us available with e-tailers and providers beyond comics ones in the general realm of e-books. So, Libraries: Overdrive should have us already! And that’s just one.

End of bass drum beating.
