We got the chance to see David Good's documentary (WAYUMI) premiere at DOC NYC and were not disappointed! The film follows David's attempt to reunite his Yanomami mother living in the Amazon jungle with her family living in America. Trials and tribulations abound, and there are plenty of "fish out of water" moments for both David's mother Yarima and David himself.

After the premiere, David signed copies of GOOD: From the Amazon Jungle to Suburbia and Back at an afterparty hosted by Symbiome founder, Larry Weiss. David studies the microbiome of his Yanomami family in an effort to improve the health of Western society.

WAYUMI is currently in the festival circuit, so catch it if you can! We will announce its wider distribution in theaters and streaming once we have that info.
