I thought it would be fun to share a peek at my process, of how I build graphic novel stories. I start by drawing tiny thumbnails that, in all honesty, are probably only legible to me, until I have the whole book laid out:

Once I have that, I create tighter thumbnails, like this one:

And finally move on to the tighter, final art:

The first step, though it probably seems insane, helps me visualize the story as a whole before diving into detail.
